10. Refund Policy

We stand behind our service with a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions and add-ons. If you're not satisfied with Firebean for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase or add-on activation
• Your account must be in good standing
• You must provide feedback on why the service didn't meet your needs to help us improve

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
• Partial month refunds are not provided for subscriptions or add-ons canceled after the initial 30-day period
• Non-refundable items include: a)Subscriptions or add-ons active for more than 30 days; b)Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service; c) Enterprise or custom plans with separately negotiated terms
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have specific refund terms
